Ingredients to make Paan Gulkand Sharbat:

Gulkand – 4 tablespoons Betel leaves – 8-10

Sugar – 2 tablespoons

Cold milk – 4 cups

Pistachios – 4-6

Almonds – 4-6 Ice cubes – as required

Paan Gulkand Sharbat: Method of preparation:

To make Paan-Gulkand Sharbat, first of all you have to take betel leaves and separate their stalks. After this, blend them with the help of a mixer and make a paste.

To maintain its consistency, some water will also have to be used.

Then take a big vessel and finely chop the pistachios and almonds and keep them aside.

After this, put the paan mixture in this vessel and add cold milk in it.

Then add Gulkand, sugar and finely chopped pistachios and almonds and mix well.

Now add ice cubes as per your requirement and mix everything well. Take it.

Your delicious and fun Paan-Gulkand Sharbat is ready.

It is very beneficial to drink a glass of this before going out in the scorching sun.
