Ingredients required for curd potatoes:
Curd – 2 cups
Red chilli powder – 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 2-3 teaspoons
Potatoes – 3- 4 Boiled and chopped cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Mustard – 1 /2 tsp
Black pepper - 3-4
Cloves - 3-4
Onion - 2 chopped
Green chilli and ginger-garlic paste - 1-1 tsp Curry leaves - 4-5
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Red and green chilli - 2- 3 chopped coriander – a little

Mix curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder and coriander powder well in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes on low flame until they turn golden. In the same pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, black pepper and cloves and add tempering. Add onion and green chillies and fry till it turns pink. Also fry ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves.
Now it is the turn to add curd solution in it, which has to be cooked till it boils. After this add fried potatoes and a little water to it. It has to be cooked for five to seven minutes. Finally add garam masala, kasoori methi, red-green chillies. After this garnish with coriander leaves. Curd potato is ready. And then serve it with puri, roti or naan.
